Mindfulness for Stress Course

Do you suffer from stress and the suffering associated with stress? Breathworks teaches mindfulness skills to help improve your quality of your life.

Mindfulness will help you discover that you don’t have to live with with all the unhelpful thoughts and feelings that our minds tend to throw up in reaction to stressful experiences. Mindfulness practice doesn’t get rid of problems – while we’re alive we’ll always have problems – it helps us to change our relationship with them.


  • Dates: Our next course commences Wednesday 26th April 2017. The course consists of 8 weekly sessions.
  • Time:  7pm to 9.30pm
  • Venue: Triratna Leeds Buddhist Centre, 4th Floor Leeds Bridge House, Hunslet Road, Leeds LS10 1JN
  • Cost:  £200 (waged)/£150 (low waged)/£120 (concession) – and include audio material and the handbook that accompanies the course.
