Friends Night Regular Practice Evening – online

Open to everyone, this class offers a chance to meditate with others, receive ideas and share ways of deepening our understanding and practice of meditation and Buddhism.

This class is held on Thursdays 7.00 (prompt) – 9.15pm, currently online.


Wednesday Lunchtime Meditation – online

Join us on any Wednesday lunchtime at 12.45 for a ‘taster’ of three different kinds of meditation practice (one each week and repeating). You can join on any Wednesday, each is taught independently of the others. Suitable for both beginners and regulars.

Monday Teatime Meditation  – online

Join us on Mondays at 5.45pm for a simple meditation with bells at the beginning and end.
5.45pm to 6.15pm (online from 5.40pm).
