Classes for regular meditators

Friends Night Regular Practice Evening – online

Open to everyone who is familiar with the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana meditations, this class offers a chance to meditate with others, receive ideas and share ways of deepening our understanding and practice of Buddhism and meditation. Please note: anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

This class is held on Thursdays 7.00 (prompt) – 9.15pm, currently online.

Wednesday Lunchtime Meditation – online

Join us on any Wednesday lunchtime at 12.45 for a ‘taster’ of three different kinds of meditation practice (one each week and repeating). You can join on any Wednesday, each is taught independently of the others. Suitable for both beginners and regulars. Please note: anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
