Enjoy A Mindful Sunday Morning On 5th April

The Twice Monthly Event (Held On The 1st & 3rd Sunday Of Every Month) Will Feature Three Silent, Open Meditation Sessions, Each Lasting 30 Minutes. Short Breaks Will Be Provided Between Sessions For Attendees To Stretch Their Legs.

A Gong Will Let You Know When The Break Begins, And A Bell Will Let You Know When It Is Time To Sit Again

Feel Free To Join Us For One Sit Or The Whole Morning,
But If You Arrive While A Sit Is In Progress, Please Help Yourself To A Drink In The Lounge And Wait For The Break Before Entering The Shrine Room.

This Is An Opportunity To Practice In The Sacred Space Of The Shrine Room
Along With Fellow Practitioners, But Please Don’t Feel You Have To Meditate, You Are Free To Read, Reflect, Or Simply Take A Break From Your World. We Invite You To Use The Lounge Space To Pause, Treating Yourself To The Silence And The Nourishment Provided.

9:55 Saluting The Shrine And Poem
(Silence Begins)
10:00-10:30 Meditation
15 Min Silent Break
10:45 -11:15 Meditation
15 Min Silent Break
11:30 – 12:00 Meditation
(Silence Ends)
12:30 Doors Close

All Abilities Are Welcome
