Newsletter sign-upSangha night continues online on Thursdays, with meditation, talks and discussion. Set up from 6.30 pm, we start at 7 pm, have a short break around 8 pm and finish by 9.15 pm. All are welcome, although if you are completely new to meditation you might like to try our Wednesday lunchtime sessions first. No need to book, just follow the instructions in our email newsletter to set up zoom.
