Classes for regular meditators/those who have completed a newcomers course.
Friends Night Regular Practice Evening – in person and online
This class is currently held on Thursday evenings 7.00pm (prompt) – 9.15 pm, at Beech House, Troy Road, Horsforth, Leeds LS18 5NQ, and online via zoom.
Open to everyone who is familiar with the Mindfulness of Breathing and the Metta Bhavana meditations, this class offers a chance to meditate with others, receive ideas and share ways of deepening our understanding and practice of Buddhism and meditation. Please note: anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (both in person and online).

Wednesday Lunchtime Meditation – in person at the centre, and online
Join us on any Wednesday lunchtime at 12.45 for a ‘taster’ of three different kinds of meditation practice (one each week and repeating). You can join on any Wednesday, each is taught independently of the others. Suitable for both beginners and regulars. Please note: anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
The sessions can include:
Relaxing body scan
Working with the breath
Developing kindness to yourself and others
12.45pm to 1.30pm (online from 12.30pm)
