In this course we explore a meditation practice called the Mindfulness of Breathing, a simple and direct way of developing awareness and calm. By coming back to the sensations of the breath we are able to cultivate calm, clarity, and a relaxed concentration and presence – all of which help us to be more present in our lives. This course will run on Tuesday evenings for four weeks from 7.00pm to 9.15pm, followed by a day retreat on Saturday 15th November from 10.00am to 4.00pm.
