Gardening morning from 10am till 12:45 pm on Sunday 5th Oct.
Our garden continues to evolve slowly but lots of basic maintenance is badly needed so please donate your time to help if you can. Please bring secateurs, small forks and trowels and gloves if you have them.
Perhaps you can’t garden but could take prunings to the recycling place in a car? That would be very helpful.
Also seeking
-artists to decorate the concrete bases of the bench seats along the side of the building.
-folk with DIY skills to turn a piece of discarded roof timber into a bench ( see Gunasakhī for more info).
– someone who is competent to, perhaps with a chain saw, reduce the height of the trees along the back fence ( see Gunasakhī to discuss and risk assess).
It would need nice to have lunch together afterwards and then vacate the centre for the women’s chapter which begins at 2pm.
