You are welcome to join our Mens Day retreat on Saturday 31st January – it is open to those who know our practices of metta Havana and mindfulness, or similar practices.
The day starts at 10am and finishes at 4.30pm. It is a great chance to deepen your practice in the good company of others and to have a chance to practice for a more sustained period of time,
The topic is from Sangharakshita’s Bodhisattva Vow – when we commit to the path of the buddha, we enter into the unknown: we will leave behind the safety of habitual patterns and our usual known world to enter a deeper, more creative engagement with life, aimed at ultimate, transcendental liberation.
