Location: Leeds Buddhist Centre
Join Uddotyani who will be leading the day retreat on this classic & much-loved Dharma text looking at chapter 6 & the heroic qualities of patience & forbearance. This will be a follow on from the study of the beginning chapters on Dharma day but open to all so not essential to have attended the previous one. The day will include meditation , readings from the Bodhicharyavatara , study, discussion and a puja.
Open to anyone who attends Triratna Leeds Buddhist centre & is familiar with meditation.
