Friends’ Night

Open to everyone, this class offers a chance to meditate with others, receive ideas and share ways of deepening our understanding and practice of meditation and Buddhism.

Classes are run on a drop-in basis and there is no charge. However the centre relies on the generosity of the people who use it. If you can, please help us to make mindfulness, meditation and Buddhism available to everyone by putting a donation in the dana bowl or by taking out a regular standing order to support the centre.

This class is held every Thursdays 7 – 9.15pm

NB: We begin promptly at 7.00pm
