Yoga as a Meditation

Wednesdays 11.00am to 12.00 noon

A six-week drop-in course, from 8th November 2017

Traditional yoga poses and breath work combined with classical Greek and Roman exercises and contemporary ground work (exercises you do on the ground using your own body weight as the primary resistance) used as a vehicle to explore the inner space and personal experience of your practice.

Payment on a generosity basis.
All ages and abilities welcome.
