Do you get blown around by circumstances in your daily life? There are alternatives! We can learn in a grounded and pragmatic way to deal with the pushes and pulls in life…
We will be looking at some of these that provide space to be creative in our responses, through short talks, discussion and reflection. You will learn meditation and some Buddhist ideas. This course is especailly for people who are new to Buddhism and meditation, and also for those who would like to deepen their understanding. You do not have to be a Buddhist to attend, (just over 18).
There is no charge for this course, though we will be asking if you’d like to give to the centre to provide others and yourself with future courses and activities.
