Sangha Walks are back! Hope you can join us on Sunday 4th June for a stroll along the canal.
We shall meet at the centre at 12.10pm 
(after the Sunday morning meditation) and take a stroll over to the canal by Granary Wharf. Enjoy a picnic by the lock and walk down to Armley Mills before wandering back. There will be the opportunity to do some litter picking and gloves, pickers and bags in hoops will be provided courtesy of Kirstall Clean Up. It’s a great opportunity to chat whilst taking gentle exercise and the first of many BAM events. Child friendly dogs and dog friendly children are most welcome. This walk is pushchair friendly. The walk will finish back at the centre by 3pm ish.
