Sangha night continues online on Thursdays, with meditation, talks and discussion.  Set up from 6.30 pm, we start at 7 pm, have a short break around 8 pm and finish by 9.15 pm. All are welcome, although if you are completely new to meditation you might like to try our Wednesday lunchtime sessions first. No need to book, just follow the instructions in our email newsletter to set up zoom.

Led meditation online on Wednesday lunchtimes. Set up from 12.30, we start at 12.45 and finish at 1.30pm. Suitable for beginners and regulars. No need to book, just follow the instructions in our email newsletter to set up zoom.

We are committed to offering events and classes on a donation basis.
